e não será legítimo esperar tal comportamento? Se são uma equipa com objectivos comuns, tem que se trabalhar nesse sentido e, às vezes, tal pode implicar um certo ajustamento de comportamento. Mudar comportamentos não implica deixar de ser-se quem se é
